Is ainidoll.com legit?
Ainidoll.com is selling only counterfeit dolls, it is not even a secret, they admit it openly. However, if you are not careful, you may think you are buying an authentic doll.
They do not have third-party reviews. All the reviews I read were copy/pasted so they just can write anything they want.
Like all fraudsters, they use stolen pictures from legit factories to sell their cheap copies. They let you think you will buy a high-quality doll when you are actually buying a low-quality knock-off doll.
It looks like Chinese counterfeiters have rented a warehouse in the US and in the EU and are storing them there because many scammers now claim to have “In-stock” dolls for US and EU customers.
Not only do they sell cheap copies but they also sell child-looking dolls, which tells a lot about their ethics.
I have asked them these questions:
“Hi!
I would like to purchase a doll from you but I have a few questions:
Can you please tell me if this is the original WMdoll?

(Yes, this address belongs to them)
Do you ship to Florida?
Could you please send me factory pictures of this doll?
I am VERY interested in buying her.
Thanks!
M.“
See their reply below.
“Hi Mark,
Thank you for your interest. We don’t sell WMdoll but our technicians are from the same original manufacturer of WM.
Yes, we ship to the US and Florida.
You have two options.
One our ready to ship. We have something we can ship from CA.
The other is the customizable one as the link you sent.“

At least, even if they use stolen pictures, they admit they do not sell the original brand. Are their technicians the same as WM? It is surely a lie but even if they were, it makes no difference. It doesn’t mean the material used is of the same quality as the original. In fact, most people who bought a cheap knock-off are complaining about the doll not looking like the original, how hard the skin is, the rigidity of the skeleton, the doll’s skin tearing rapidly, and the bad skin odor.
This doll is not legal in Florida so if they would ship this particular customized doll from China, it would be ceased by the border agency control and you may get into trouble.
It didn’t seem important to send me a factory picture however, you can see factory pictures on their website. They ingeniously mix factory pictures from the real factory and pictures from their own factory. It is very difficult for a newbie to understand what is going on there.
Here is another example of their scamming ingenuity. In the screenshot below, the doll on the left is showing about at a regular price. All the others are about $1000 less than the regular price for an authentic version of the doll you see in the pictures.

The tactic could leave you to think that they do really sell legit and authentic dolls, after all, some of them are almost at a regular price while the others are marked at a 50% discount. Don’t let these cheap scamming techniques lure you.
There is no such thing as an authentic model from a legit factory at a 50% discount. A 10 to 15% discount is about the max a legit vendor can do.

I have also checked their youtube channel. Every single video is stolen from a big established factory. There is absolutely no original content there. No video they shot themselves.

- Nice looking website
- Use stolen pictures
- No telephone number
- No physical address
- Liars
- All their "reviews" are fake
