sexdollgenie.com is an established vendor that used to have a good reputation. They claim to have appeared in many well-known media articles however, no links are provided.

Unfortunately, they have ruined their reputation in the last 2 years. They customer service has gone down the drain. I have read many complaints on forums and sub-Reddit whre people talk about their experience with different sexdolls vendors.

On top of that, they do not pay their affiliates. They don’t even reply to any email we send them.

It seems like the same have hapenned to celesdoll’s owner. No reply to any emails, no affiliate payments.

They do have third-party reviews that are hosted on the review website itself and the comments are all very good.

Their shop is uniquely virtual. They do not have any physical addresses. Although they claim to have in-stock dolls, they seem to always be sold-out. They have in fact no in-stock dolls at all. Like all small shops trying to play it big, they use warehouses that the Chinese rent in America and in the EU to do AS IF they had their own inventory in-stock. They do not.

I faked being a customer and they replied to my first email after a few minutes. I was very impressed until I read the email. It was a bot sending a canned email with a reply that was not at all what I was looking for. They replied to my second email after 18 hours. This time, the reply was complete and satisfying.

I called 2 times and hit the answering machine on both my attempts.
