Sexdolls-shop.com has such a good reputation that we would need to create a unique category only for this vendor. They are really the first of the class and all others are way behind.

Their third-party review is hosted on their own website. It is not bad per se but I prefer a third-party review page hosted elsewhere. That said, although I have no proves, I am sure all online shops can hide their bad reviews so, at the end of the day, you can not 100% trust these reviews. What you can clearly see though, is that the reviews on this website are real.

They do have a real shop and they do have an address however, they do not show it online. They have had problems with radical feminists so they prefer to keep their location secret. This world is fucked up.

This is our all-time favorite shop for so many different reasons. Not only their customer service team replies extremely fast when you write within their opening hours but also they really take time to reply to your questions. They do not use bots.

We have had other websites replying extremely fast, but we could clearly see that it was a bot who replied and the actual questions were not correctly answered. It is not the case with sexdolls-shop.com. You have actual real people reading and answering your questions.

Take note that good customer service is not only a question of how fast they reply. All scammers reply very fast. It is also HOW they interact with you after you bought. I have read many comments about how they took care of small details and/or how they sorted out everything when things started to go south. (problems with carriers, customs, factory, manufacturing flaws, etc.)

I find it a little sad they do not carry more brands. They say it is because they want to make sure of the quality of the dolls they are selling. They actually KNOW their products. They are not just sellers, they repair the dolls as well.
